Scheduling Questions

We don't guarantee same-day bookings but it is not just impossible and depends on the day you are requesting for the service.

This is your own decision but if you are not at home, you have to guide us to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

We allow a one-hour window due to traffic and bad weather. In case of your cleaners is late, you will be contacted to let you know the estimated time of arrival.
